I care very much. I have a strong background in biomedical and sports science; therefore, training decisions are based on your physiology, experience, injury history, and load management. Plans are adapted to your life.
For female athletes, training is adapted to the menstrual cycle only when relevant (not all women are the same!), guided by current scientific evidence rather than trends, with race nutrition tailored to individual demands
