How I Work With Athletes

I can provide monthly coaching plans or one-off customised plans. To deliver workouts, I use Training Peaks or google drive (at your own preference!). I adapt plans to your needs, goals and experience and plan workouts that will challenge you but always preventing injury as much as possible.

            Running rehabilitation plan & hands-on treatment. A perfect combination to get you back on running

            • A minimum of two treatment sessions of 30'
            • INDIBA radiofrequency therapy to speed up recovery(optional)
